While we strive to ensure a smooth shopping experience, we have outlined our Return & Refund Policy below to ensure transparency, clarity, and compliance with applicable Indian consumer laws and the Information Technology Act, 2000 (as amended).
1. No Returns After Delivery
Please note that all sales are final. Once a product has been successfully delivered to the customer, we do not accept returns under any circumstances.
We strongly advise all customers to review product details, specifications, and order information carefully before placing their order.
2. Damaged or Defective Product Claims
In the rare event your product arrives damaged or defective, you must follow the process below for resolution:
Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement
- The unboxing video must begin before the package is opened.
- It must clearly show:
- Outer packaging
- Product being unboxed in one continuous shot
- Visible damage/defect without any edits or pauses
📦 Video Submission Timeline
To be eligible for a replacement or refund due to product damage or defect:
- Submit your unboxing video within 48 hours of delivery by emailing it to: tarikaz591@gmail.com
- Videos submitted after 48 hours may not be accepted.
For best results, ensure the video clearly shows the packaging, product condition, and any issues faced during unboxing.
3. Return Approval & Shipping
- If your return/refund request is approved:
- You are responsible for shipping the product back using a reliable courier with tracking details.
- Return must be shipped within 5 days of approval.
- After inspection, we will process a refund or replacement based on initial approval.
4. Refunds for Damaged/Defective or Missing Items
- Damaged or Defective: Full or partial refund after verification.
- Missing Items: Refund equivalent to missing item’s value if replacement is unavailable.
5. Non-Returnable Products
- Products used, damaged, or altered after delivery.
- Products marked as "Non-returnable".
- Free gift voucher items (unless defective).
6. Timeframe for Reporting Issues
All issues must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the order. Requests after this period will be declined.
7. Refund Eligibility Criteria
- Unboxing video must start before opening the package and show the process without cuts.
- In missing item cases, outer package & shipping label must be visible in proof.
- Claims must be made within 48 hours with all required documentation.
- Refund approval is at Tarikaz's discretion, following verification.
8. Refund Timeline Policy
A. Refund Approval
All refund requests undergo verification and approval by our support team. Email/SMS confirmation will be sent upon approval.
B. Refund Processing
Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7 working days to the original payment method.
C. Notifications
Customers will receive email/SMS updates at each stage: Approval, Processing, and Completion.
D. Delays & Exceptions
In case of payment gateway issues or incomplete details, refund processing may extend. Customers will be notified promptly.
9. Promotional Voucher & Delivery Charge Credit Policy
For first-time voucher redemptions, if the product is defective, delivery charge may be credited back to your wallet as a one-time courtesy.
