- Courier partner logistics and external factors (weather, strikes, etc.)
3. Serviceable Locations
- Delivery is limited to specific pin codes and locations within India.
- Check delivery availability using the "Check Delivery" option on each product page.
- Orders to non-serviceable pin codes will not be processed, and customers will be notified.
4. Shipment Status Updates
Customers will receive SMS/email updates for each stage:
- Order Placed – Order successfully received, awaiting processing.
- Processing – Order verification and secure packing by logistics team.
- Ready to Ship – Product packed and ready for courier pickup.
- Dispatched – Order in transit, tracking ID shared via SMS/email.
- Out for Delivery – Courier attempting delivery at your address.
