Hacking computer systems: Up to 3 years imprisonment or fine up to ₹1,00,000 or both.
Receiving stolen computer data/devices: Up to 3 years imprisonment or fine up to ₹1,00,000 or both.
Publishing obscene content: Up to 2 years imprisonment or ₹2,000 fine or both; repeat offences: 5 years imprisonment and ₹2,000 fine.
Sending offensive/false info: Up to 3 years imprisonment or fine as prescribed by competent court.
